As we offer digital services only, returns are not applicable.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

2. Non-Refundable Situations
- Change of mind after subscribing.
- Lack of responses from companies or job offers.
- Any use of the service (even once), including logging in to the subscriber dashboard or posting a profile.
- You purchased the subscription by mistake
3. How to Request a Refund
Email us at contact@modelinsta.com with your:
- Full name
- Transaction ID
- Payment Date
- Reason for refund
4. Payments via Ziina
All transactions are processed securely using Ziina, a trusted and secure payment gateway in the UAE. If approved, refunds will be returned to your original payment method.
